IQVIA Offering Manager, Strategic Expansion & Analytics – MedTech GDI in Wayne, United States
Job Overview
Responsible for shaping business strategy for the MedTech offering, develop offering expansion plans while working with the leadership team, research and analyze data, and align leadership and business goals to achieve IQVIA’s objectives towards developing MedTech Data Asset Offerings. This individual will help identify and elevate potential new business opportunities and assists in the client engagement and sales processes.
Essential Functions
Conduct market research and evaluate MedTech industry trends across all therapy area
Provide competitive intelligence of the MedTech industry to the offering leadership team on regular interval
Research similar solution from various competitors
Develop new strategies and tactical processes designed to enable the MedTech offering to meet its objectives
Develop written reports and present the work to offering leadership team
Evaluate the currently implemented strategies to assess its effectiveness and recommend modifications as needed
Develops detailed documentation and specifications
Establishing methods of collecting and tracking data to evaluate performance toward the goals
Performs qualitative and/or quantitative analyses using desk research and available inhouse data to craft strategic direction for the offering.
Designs, structures and delivers analytic reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.
May deliver some findings to clients and acts as client service support partly
Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of related consulting methodologies and life sciences market through on the job experience and participation in training opportunities. Begins to develop MedTech CoE specific subject matter expertise.
When acting as Strategic Planner, proactively manages project timelines and manages day to day communication with the leadership team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
Master's Degree Business Administration preferred
5-8 years of related experience in consulting and/or MedTech industry Required
Prior experience or avid interest in the MedTech and/or other Life Science industries preferred
Possesses solid project management skills and indirect influencing and relationship building skills.
Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the life science industry.
Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area.
Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the MedTech industry.
Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills.
Has necessary MedTech subject matter expertise to effectively manage projects within a MedTech CoE.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $101,200.00 - $151,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
