【業務内容】

臨床試験における医療機関への支払いをClientのガイドラインに従い管理する。

支払いプロセスの管理、見積もり計算表の作成・メンテナンス・請求書確認、必要に応じプロジェクトチームなど関係者に支払いプロセスのトレーニングを提供、質問に回答、問題点の改善を行います。

・支払いに必要なデータをタイムリーにCTMSに入力する

・請求書受領、データ入力、支払い手続き

・請求書内容確認と修正依頼

・関係者に支払いサイクルのリマインドし支払い遅延を防止する

【要件】

・臨床試験データプライバシーガイダンスの重要性を認識している

・Clientが定める支払いコンプライアンスを遵守し業務が行える

【必須条件】

・大卒以上

・ビジネスレベルの英語能力（読み書き 必須・会話が可能であれば尚よい）

・PCスキル（Excel・Word・PowerPoint）

・コミュニケーションスキル

診療報酬または保険外併用療養費制度の知識があり、請求・支払い業務を行った経験がある（3年以上）

（臨床開発業界未経験でも可）
