Job Overview

The Linguistic Solutions team at IQVIA is currently seeking a highly organized and strategic Portfolio Project Manager to oversee the development, management, and commercialization of Clinical Outcomes Assessments (COAs) and its library.

· Job Summary

The Portfolio Project manager will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of COAs and IQVIA portfolio of instruments. This includes overseeing the cataloguing, tracking, storage, customization, and commercialization processes. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in the life science / translation industry.

· Responsibilities

Reconcile available metadata and maintain a comprehensive portfolio tracker and report of COA assets.

Support implementation of a standardized taxonomy and classification system for efficient cataloging.

Oversee version control, metadata management, and audit trails for all COAs.

Create and lead detailed project plans for portfolio-related projects.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and COA readiness for commercialization.

Help manage a centralized repository for COAs, ensuring secure and scalable storage solutions.

Participate in and assign vendors for translation-related tasks involved in COA enhancement and customization to meet specific client requirements.

Assist with development of the SOPs, WIs and other training materials of our library management to train and support internal/external stakeholders.

Engage in quality assurance implementation activities and measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our COAs and comply with company QA procedures.

Lead initiatives focusing on organization and department process improvements, efficiencies, etc.

Interact effectively and collegially with all employees, fostering a supportive and cross departmental sharing environment.

Follow company and department standard operating procedures

Works with Team Leads, COA Managers, and Head of Department to support any administrative and operational activities of the library management and maintenance.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Bachelor's degree

3 years of experience in project management or portfolio management of COA in the life science or language service industry

Excellent written/verbal communication skills Fluency in English is essential, an additional language would be a strong asset

Strong grasp of portfolio/project management techniques required

Strong software and computer skills, including MS Suite applications, Visio, Smartsheet, Power BI, etc.

Ability to follow instructions/guidelines, work independently and on own initiative

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients with demonstrated cultural and emotional intelligence

Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency of data and project documentation
