IQVIA Senior Clinical Process Associate in Sofia, Bulgaria

Job Overview

Provide project related assistance for assigned complex project(s), sites, and project teams. Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices, good clinical practices and applicable regulatory requirements and meets quality and timeline metrics.

Essential Functions

  • Creation and maintenance of vendor plan

  • Providing administrative support on vendor management oversight documentation (Vendor readiness tracker update)

  • Participate in document management (creation, review, maintenance, storage, as applicable)

  • Preparation of standard documents during start up, e.g., Vendor start up manual.

  • Participate in (study) team meetings and implement action items.

  • Compiling data and generating performance dashboards

  • Downloading and preparing regular reports e.g., weekly with SIV dates to share with vendors.

  • Setting up systems like Verve and CSI

  • Vendor user access for site and sponsor staff for new, maintenance and revoking access.

  • Equipment returns trackers at the end of studies.

  • TMF filing/ minutes and document uploads.

  • Review of vendor reports for trends – e.g kit wastage, repeat queries, missing tubes/pending samples, and overdue sample shipments, sending out query reports to countries for action.

  • Project Finance support

  • Invoice review coordination

  • Vendor Budget tracking

  • Setting quality standards and reviewing deliverables to the same for process tasks.

  • Act as SME/mentor/buddy for new joiners and support with system/process trainings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree life sciences or related field

  • Typically requires Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Requires knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of a job area, typically obtained through advanced education.

  • 3 years overall experience

  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
