IQVIA Talent and Performance Manager in Parsippany, New Jersey

Talent & Performance Manager:

This role manages the execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of innovative talent management processes including performance management, talent reviews and assessments, feedback, and succession planning. The successful candidate is technology savvy, data-driven and excels at organizing and executing a plan through end-to-end project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, project control and tracking using team and project management tools to ensure objectives are met on-time and in a way that scales and adapts to our evolving talent needs.

  • Working in partnership with multiple stakeholders, operationalizes the technology, processes, tools, and capabilities to drive talent management and organizational performance.

  • Partners with technology and analytics teams to drive continuous improvement in Workday configuration, user experience, and providing useful data insights through dashboards, reports, and analytics.

  • Responsible for evaluating effectiveness of existing talent management programs and driving continuous improvement to ensure organizational goals are met.

  • Applies a strong data driven approach when analyzing large data sets, distilling insights, and conveying significant findings that drive adjustments to existing designs and give direction for new experiments.

  • Leverages technology to simplify, streamline and standardize talent processes across the enterprise.

  • Supports building and delivering educational and upskilling content to ensure employees, managers and HR Partners are equipped to deliver impactful talent outcomes. Leverages strong relationships to influence and ensure maximum adoption of the processes, tools and resources provided.

  • Regularly engages external network to stay current on leading practices to continuously evolve and improve talent outcomes across IQVIA.

Experience & Education:

  • 5+ years’ experience managing scalable and measurable talent programs, systems, and processes within large, matrixed, global organizations.

  • Knowledge of core Talent Management programs/processes, including performance management, talent reviews, leadership assessment and succession planning.

  • Experience with Workday Talent & Performance module strongly desired.

  • Bachelors in business, management, HR, or organization development required. Master's degree preferred.

Skills & Abilities

  • Results oriented, data driven, curious and passionate about talent and improving business outcomes.

  • Strong implementation skills with keen attention to detail.

  • You may not know all the answers, but you have a proven track record of working through difficult challenges by independently researching potential directions, collaborating with others, and iterating to find the right solutions.

  • Strong technology proficiency, including MS Office Suite, Workday, Visier, and other talent data applications.

  • Demonstrated ability to clearly identify meaningful business impact and success metrics for talent solutions, and proven track record of analyzing and reporting on outcomes in a practical and scalable manner.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work proactively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment maintaining flexibility through changing priorities and demanding timelines.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,200.00 - $130,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
