IQVIA Safety Associate in Mexico City, Mexico
Job Overview
This role involves reviewing and processing safety data from various sources in accordance with applicable regulations, SOPs, and guidelines
Key Responsibilities
Complete assigned trainings promptly.
Process safety data in line with regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.
Perform pharmacovigilance activities , including collecting and tracking incoming Adverse Events (AE), determining event status, database entry, coding AE and products, and writing narratives.
Meet quality, productivity, and delivery standards.
Comply with all project-related processes and activities.
Create, maintain, and track cases as per the project plan.
Identify and report any quality issues to a senior team member.
Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
Mentor new team members if assigned.
Attend project meetings and provide feedback on any challenges, issues, or successes.
Ensure 100% compliance with all people practices and processes.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent in a scientific or healthcare discipline or allied life sciences. A Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline or allied life sciences with 1-1.5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Experience with pharmacovigilance activities, including collecting and tracking incoming Adverse Events (AE), determining event status, database entry, coding AE and products, and writing narratives.
Working knowledge of the ARGUS Safety Database.
Communication Skills: Advanced verbal/written communication skills in English.
Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and deadlines, willingness to learn new skills across Safety service lines, and flexibility to operate in shifts.
