IQVIA Associate Scientist-In Vitro ADME in Indianapolis, Indiana
We are seeking an Associate Scientist-In Vitro ADME to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business at Indianapolis .

As an Associate Scientist-In Vitro ADME , you will be responsible for conducting routine analysis and laboratory testing to extract data from pre-clinical and clinical specimens, ensuring timely documentation and review of all procedures.
What you’ll be doing:
Conduct and document analytical procedures in line with methods and regulatory guidelines.
Assess analytical procedures to ensure results are within acceptable tolerances.
Escalate any unusual results or quality issues to senior lab personnel.
Prepare and upload data analysis results to the LIMS system.
Prepare necessary buffers and solutions for analysis.
Assist in writing and reviewing laboratory procedures and techniques.
Train and onboard junior staff members.
Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with pipetting and other laboratory techniques.
Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:
Basic knowledge of technical areas, systems, and procedures.
Understanding of regulatory agency standards.
Experience with automation or specialized laboratory equipment.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $50,800.00 - $76,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
