IQVIA Global Customer Liaison Manager in Collegeville, Pennsylvania

We are seeking a Global Customer Liaison Manager to join Q² Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business in a remote position.

As a dedicated Global Customer Liaison Manager, you will serve as the first point of contact for one of our large clients and responsible for early engagement, preparation of budget modeling scenarios, prelim and final budget creation, contract execution, amendments, and ongoing study support for issue management.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Managing strategic customer relationship across all therapeutic areas and Phases of drug development.

  • Reviewing protocols prior to finalization and provide input on cost and efficiency savings.

  • Serving as the face of the customer within Q² Solutions.

  • Serving as point of escalation for unresolved customer concerns.

  • Managing process to allow for timely completion of budgets and contracts.

  • Achieving revenue, bookings, and profitability targets.

  • Responding to all RFI/RFP requests and managing bid defense preparation and presentation.

  • Acting as point person/facilitator for joint process initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science-related field and minimum 7 years of clinical or research industry experience.

  • Previous pharmaceutical (or related) R&D experience required.

  • Basic knowledge of laboratory testing or experience working in a laboratory setting.

  • Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

  • Knowledge of Pharma drug development process.

  • Ability to solve complex problems by assuring cooperation from multiple departments.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent ability to communicate clearly within a global environment.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $88,100.00 - $146,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
