Are you up for a position in Human Resources within an international, and innovative company? We are looking for a new Colleague to join our HR Team. Under guidance, you will ensure personal administration processes are performed in accordance with legal legislation, HR, and corporate policies. You’ll provide support to a Human Resources team enabling the provision of HR services. In addition, you’ll help to run all day to day HR processes locally with a key focus on employment management, and support the continuous improvement of the HR function.
Essential Functions
Provide support and actively participate in handling employment legislation, personal administration processes, compliance, HR systems, practices and procedures.
Operate as point of contact for Employees, Managers & HR Teams in the respective country.
Manage employee files and provide the regular checks of people data quality.
Develop strong and effective team relationships with HRPT / HR specialist functions / Centers of Excellence, etc.
Provide reports and analyses as requested by other departments and senior management.
Take an active role in the review of local procedures, SOPs, process to provide positive employee experience.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to exceed customer expectations and promote a professional HR organization.
Provide portions of new employee orientation where appropriate under direction of senior team member.
Qualifications
Professional qualification (e.g. EFZ) in the fields of human resources management, or business administration or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
3-4 years’ experience with personnel administration processes or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Advanced level of English and German language
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Workday and DocuSign is an advantage.
Knowledge of local and relevant employment legislations.
Good problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills.
Flexibility to work 2-3 days per week from the Office.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Very high degree of discretion and confidentiality and strong attention to detail.
Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
Ability to organize and prioritize own work, self-driven and focused on efficiency.
