In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving new strategic partnerships with key digital companies, fostering growth with existing partners, and maximizing overall revenue opportunities.

JOB MAIN DESCRIPTION

Prospects, develops and manages relationships with existing and new partners and delivers support services to the organization's sales force. Assists on large sales initiatives involving his/her partners and provides operational support.

JOB SUB DESCRIPTION

Works with Sales Management and product teams to develop and train on new offerings and capabilities. He or she supports sales teams during client-facing meetings and during each stage of the customer buying process.

Develops measurement models and uses diagnostic tools to help identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity, and sales force training needs; establishes sales force performance metrics and tracks revenue generated for and thanks to new partners; makes marketing recommendations on client projects. responsible for the sales process for onboarding these new prospects and liaise with internal teams to build synergies at local, regional and global level.

Main responsibilities/Essential Functions:

I - Partnership Development:

• Identify and establish partnerships with international digital HCP platforms, apps, social networks, content publishers, and other services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and execute partnership agreements that align with our business objectives.

• Develop synergies with existing services and solutions

II - Revenue Optimization:

• Leverage existing partnerships to develop new offerings and drive revenue growth.

• Develop innovative strategies to develop synergies with internal services and solutions

• Follow commercial opportunities enabled with established partnerships

• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve revenue targets.

III - Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Prioritize partners based on client needs and obstacles

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

IV - Collaboration and Communication:

• Foster strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.

• Communicate partnership updates, progress, and results to leadership and local affiliates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Understanding of omnichannel marketing with a passion for data, analytics, and technology

• Demonstrates a high level of personal accountability

• Skilled in negotiations and sales techniques

• Knowledge of planning, media, HCP channels, marketing, and sales data required

• Demonstrated success accessing your market, the major players and decision makers.

• Ability to interact with senior management and executives both internally and externally

• Exhibit solid communication skills and work collaboratively across teams

• Well-developed business acumen

• Proficiency in excel and PPT required

This role will require experience in:

  • Mapping and prospecting new digital partners (publishers, platforms, apps, etc)

  • Relationship management of digital partners

  • Providing analysis of marketing studies and in place marketing schemes to management and sales force to help drive future strategy.

  • Collaborating with sales and product teams to build new services and offerings according to client requests

  • Supporting sales teams in providing best-in class commercial support for opportunities including partners.

  • Building integrated collaboration models with partners and IQVIA’s proprietary assets

  • Tracking revenue opportunities for and thanks to new partners

  • Providing recommendations for clients projects, based on partners’ capabilities.

  • Providing training.
